If our work fails because of how we applied it, we come back and make it right. No argument, no runaround, and no charge. That promise is the reason most of our work comes from people who used us before or were told about us by someone who did.

What it does not cover
We would rather tell you the limits up front than argue about them later.
Damage that is not about the paint
Water getting in behind a wall, a roof or plumbing leak, structural movement, settling cracks, storm or impact damage, and abuse or neglect are all outside the guarantee. So is failure of a substrate we did not repair, which is why our quotes list the repairs we are doing and the ones we are not.
Normal wear and weather
Paint in North Florida fades. Sun, heat, and humidity are hard on a south or west wall, and a deck in full sun takes more than a shaded one. Gradual fading and ordinary wear are the coating aging normally, not a failure of the work.
Work someone else did after us
If another contractor cuts into a wall we painted, or a repair is made over our finish, that area is on them. We are glad to come back and blend it in, and we will quote that as its own small job.

Every written quote states the guarantee that applies to that job, along with the products used and the preparation included. If anything here is unclear, ask at your estimate and we will put the answer in writing before work starts.

We come look
Usually within a few days. The owner looks at it in person and tells you honestly what caused it.

We fix it
If it is our workmanship, we repair it at no charge and you get the same walkthrough at the end.
How long does the guarantee last?
The term for your job is stated on your written quote. Ask at your estimate and we will put it in writing before any work starts.
Do I need a receipt or paperwork to make a claim?
No. Call or text the same number you have always used and tell us the address. We keep records of every job we have done, including the products used.
Does the guarantee cover the paint itself?
Our guarantee covers our workmanship. The paint itself is covered by whatever the manufacturer offers on it, and we list the exact product on your quote so you have that if you ever need it.
What if the problem turns out not to be our work?
We still come look, and we tell you honestly what we find. If a leak or movement caused it, we will say so and point you at what actually needs fixing.
